About Us
Anene and Associates is an indigenous real estate firm that commenced operations as an Estate Surveying and Valuation Firm In January 2000 with the full recognition of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria.
The firm has Mr. Kennedy ANENE, a chartered member of the institution with over 20 years excellent track records and experience as its principal partner. The firm has grown from a practice having only the principal partner and secretary to a training ground to well position estate surveyors and Valuers who are having a thriving practice presently.
We are served by a group of highly educated, competent and diligent workforce, with very sophisticated subject matter training and global standard experience. All of which is to support our corporate and high net worth individual corporate and individual clientele. Modern complementary technological aids coupled with a broad based experience acquired vide seminars locally and internationally has positioned the firm towards efficiency and promptness in the delivery of its valuation services.
